Alexander Protasov

Originate from France, he graduated from an international business school in Australia. Alexander started his career in France in the field of real estate. Thibault is born in Paris and graduated in International Finance from NEOMA Business School.     Buyers are responsible for Value Added Tax (VAT: 11%) and notary fees (1%). The developer covers income tax. The VAT is included proportionally within your property purchase installments. Notary fees are paid upon finalizing the leasehold agreement. A 10% tax applies to income generated from renting or selling your property.

  • Can I get a mortgage in Bali?

    As a foreigner, obtaining a mortgage in Bali can be challenging. Properties often require a significant upfront payment. We recommend exploring financing options in your home country first.

  • Does property ownership grant me a KITAS visa?

    Owning a property in Indonesia doesn't directly qualify you for a KITAS visa (long-term stay permit). However, property ownership can facilitate establishing a company, which can then be used to apply for a KITAS. Feel free to contact us for more details.

  • What are the payment steps?
